Question 1

How does delivery work for offices, medical clinics, and residences in Woodbury Heights?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to professional suites along the main highway corridor, you must provide the specific unit number and business name to help the driver identify the correct entrance. For residential addresses on the borough’s side streets, please note if the house has a side porch or a fenced yard. These details ensure the driver can find the correct building among the multi-tenant commercial strips and private residential lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what details help avoid delays?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the suburban layout of residential blocks and standalone commercial properties. Drivers move from the high-speed main thoroughfare to quiet residential streets to place items directly at the front door. Providing information about long driveways or specific parking instructions for commercial buildings helps the driver complete the delivery quickly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a medical office or business suite is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers with the reception desk or building manager. At residential homes, the driver will place the arrangement in a shaded area on the porch if no one is home to receive it. Including a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries for properties with locked gate access or hidden entryways.
