Question 1

How does delivery work for medical centers, funeral homes, and downtown apartments?

Accepted Answer

For nursing centers, provide the specific wing or room number for reception desk drop-offs. In the downtown district, include the door code or business name for buildings with second-floor residences. These details allow us to navigate mixed-use structures and reach the correct entrance.

Question 2

Are flowers shipped in a box or delivered by hand across the village?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to residential porches and commercial counters. For homes on open streets, we place the arrangement in a spot sheltered from sidewalk view. If your property has a side-entry gate or a long gravel driveway, please note these access points at checkout.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

We leave the flowers with a neighbor sharing a driveway or on a covered porch if the recipient is out. When a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a stem of the same color and scale. Including a recipient phone number helps us resolve issues with locked porch screens or gated entries.
