Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to a house, office, or campus building?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central institutional area require a specific building name and room number because most housing halls use restricted electronic access. For private homes on the surrounding residential streets, please specify if there is a preferred side door or porch for drop-off. These details ensure the driver navigates correctly between high-occupancy buildings and individual residences.

Question 2

What delivery method is used to ensure the flowers arrive?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the town’s combination of pedestrian-only walkways and narrow residential streets. Providing a gate code or specific entry instructions helps the driver find the correct door in areas where homes are set back from the road. Hand delivery ensures the flowers are left at a secure entrance rather than a shared mail hub.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver calls the phone number provided to coordinate a safe drop-off at a staffed desk or a shaded porch. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original arrangement's size. Accurate contact information prevents failed deliveries at buildings with restricted public access.
