Question 1

How does delivery work for large medical complexes and offices in Elyria?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to multi-wing medical buildings and secured offices requires a specific department, floor, or suite number at checkout. We leave arrangements at the designated public reception desk or security station as required by these facilities. Providing these details ensures the order is accepted by the building's staff for internal distribution.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to account for the mix of narrow residential streets and sprawling industrial campuses. We use local knowledge of these varied layouts to find the correct entrance or delivery bay. Including specific entry instructions for gated properties or secondary entrances prevents delays.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or the recipient is not there?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured manufacturing site or locked apartment building is unavailable, we use the provided phone number to coordinate a safe drop-off location. In cases where a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color and style. Accurate contact information is necessary to navigate the city's many restricted-access work sites.
