Question 1

How do I ensure a successful delivery to properties in Nova?

Accepted Answer

This area consists mainly of rural farmhouses and residential properties rather than high-rise offices or medical centers. At checkout, provide the house number and a brief description of the property, such as the color of the house or the type of fence. These details are necessary because many homes are spaced far apart or sit back from the main state routes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with rural layouts?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the open-acreage layout of the community. Because many residences feature long gravel driveways or are located behind agricultural buildings, please indicate if the driver should head to a specific side entrance. Clear instructions regarding property access help avoid delays when navigating these larger rural lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home at a rural address?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement at the front door or a designated porch area. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is used to keep the arrangement full. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for the driver to confirm they can reach the porch if there are long gated entries or loose livestock on the property.
