Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Grafton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes and the large institutional campuses that require security clearance at a main gate. You must provide the specific department name or building letter at checkout for these secured locations. This information is necessary for us to clear the entry point and reach the correct delivery desk.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box, and how does the town layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate a mix of village clusters and rural properties with deep setbacks. This method allows us to navigate long driveways where the house is not visible from the main road. Providing a gate code or identifying markers for properties set back from the street helps us find the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we place the arrangement on a protected porch, which is the standard for the standalone homes in this community. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that maintains the same height and color profile. Providing the recipient's mobile number prevents failed deliveries for properties with locked gates or long private drives.
