Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices, churches, and residences?

Accepted Answer

In this rural township, deliveries reach residential porches, small local offices, and community churches. Include the specific door or building name at checkout, especially for properties with multiple outbuildings or barns. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct drop-off point on larger rural parcels.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the long private driveways and gravel roads common in this area. Drivers navigate these open-access properties and place arrangements directly at the front door rather than leaving them at a roadside mailbox. If your property has a secured gate or a specific entry path, note these details to prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver identifies a sheltered porch or side entry to protect the arrangement. Because homes here are spaced far apart, providing a recipient’s phone number allows the driver to confirm a safe location if a porch is not accessible. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and size.
