Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices or senior living facilities in Garfield Heights?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception desks or designated delivery entrances common in this city’s medical and assisted living complexes. You must provide the floor number and suite or room number at checkout to ensure the front desk can direct us. These details prevent the courier from being turned away at the primary security checkpoint.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to residential addresses across Garfield Heights?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the dense residential street layout and varied porch styles. Drivers navigate the city's narrow side streets to place items on front porches or at side door entrances. Please specify if there is a side-entrance preference, as many local homes have driveways that lead directly to a secondary door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers in a secure spot out of view from the sidewalk, which is necessary due to the close proximity of houses in this area. If a flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal or higher value to maintain the size and style of the arrangement. Including a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm access if a gated entrance or secured apartment lobby is blocked.
