Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical campus or senior living centers in Maple Heights?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception areas of the regional medical campus and all funeral providers in the city. Include the specific wing name and room number at checkout to ensure the order reaches the correct desk. These details are required to navigate the separate public and patient transit areas found at these larger sites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and apartments throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the front door of residential houses and business offices. For apartment buildings or gated residential blocks, provide the entry code or lobby instructions at checkout. This ensures the delivery person can access the building interior instead of leaving the order at an unsecured street entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers at a side door or with a neighbor to keep them out of public view from the road. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a bloom of equal value that matches the color and shape of the original. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at houses with fenced yards or deep setbacks.
