Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Solon’s corporate offices and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the city’s large corporate campuses, you must provide the specific suite number or department name to pass through central reception desks. On residential streets with deep property setbacks and long driveways, providing a gate code or specific entry instructions ensures we find the correct door. Accurate contact numbers for the recipient are required to coordinate access with building security or property managers.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home or office in Solon?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to navigate the city’s spread-out suburban layout and large corporate park entrances. We do not use shipping boxes because our drivers must personally manage the transition from the vehicle to front porches or office lobbies. Including specific access details for residential properties helps our drivers avoid delays caused by long private drives.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a residential property with a wooded lot or deep porch, we will look for a secure area to leave the gift. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the original color and shape. We use the recipient's phone number to notify them of the specific drop-off location or to coordinate a new delivery time.
