Question 1

How does delivery work for gated communities or professional offices?

Accepted Answer

Many residential areas here are gated communities that require a driver to check in at a front security booth. You must provide the full name of the resident and any specific gate codes in the delivery instructions to ensure access. For professional offices along the main highway corridor, please include the suite number and the name of the business.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than being shipped in a box. Because many homes sit on long private driveways or along the waterfront, please indicate if there is a specific side door or covered porch for drop-offs. These details help the driver locate the correct entrance on larger residential lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a gated development is not home, the driver will call them to find an authorized spot for delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and size. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at a security gate without delay.
