Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, gated communities, and medical offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the centralized medical campus or gated retirement communities, provide the department name or the gate entry code at checkout. These facilities require specific room numbers or unit letters to pass through main security checkpoints. Accurate internal location details ensure the driver can navigate the multi-building layouts common to these properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this layout?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of inland suburban driveways and waterfront lagoon properties. Specify if the property has a long setback, a locked gate, or a shared driveway during checkout. This ensures the delivery reaches the front door or a secure side entrance instead of being left at a perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a medical facility or gated community is not present, the driver attempts to leave the item with the front desk or security staff. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement size. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to resolve access issues with gate security or office receptionists immediately.
