Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices or senior residences in Lanoka Harbor?

Accepted Answer

For medical offices along the main highway corridor, include the specific suite or department name at checkout. For senior living communities, provide the room number or building wing so the driver can reach the correct interior door. These facilities have centralized lobbies that require precise routing for successful delivery.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and waterfront properties?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the narrow streets and lagoon-front blocks. Drivers navigate the residential layouts to reach homes set back from the road. Providing specific instructions for long driveways or properties with limited street frontage prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the property is difficult to access?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver identifies a secure spot on the porch shielded from the coastal wind. When a specific flower is out of stock, a designer replaces it with a variety that matches the original design's shape and color. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve issues with locked gates or properties lacking visible house numbers.
