Question 1

Can I send flowers to the gated communities and medical offices in Barnegat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you must provide the specific gate code or building suite number during checkout. Many residential developments here have security checkpoints that require these details to allow a driver onto the property. Including a recipient's phone number ensures the driver can contact them if the security gate is unstaffed.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential areas in the township?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by drivers who navigate the local cul-de-sacs and private suburban drives. Because many properties are set back from the road or located on wooded lots, a visible house number and clear instructions on where to leave the gift are required. We do not use boxed shipping to ensure the arrangement stays upright during the drive to your neighborhood.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the building is inaccessible?

Accepted Answer

If the driver cannot reach the front door or clear a security gate, they will attempt to contact the recipient to find a safe location on the porch. In cases where a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing a secondary contact number for a neighbor helps us avoid a failed delivery if the recipient is at an appointment.
