Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to the correct location in Long Beach?

Accepted Answer

Many homes in this city are elevated on pilings or have multi-level outdoor stairs. Provide the unit number and specify if the entrance is on the ground floor or an upper deck. This helps the driver find the right door in areas where buildings are positioned close together.

Question 2

What is your delivery method for this city’s layout?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery to navigate the narrow side streets and private residential lanes. Please include any gate codes or specific entry instructions for properties with restricted access. This allows the driver to reach the front door directly in high-density coastal areas.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure area near the main entrance of the raised building. Since many houses here are seasonal rentals, a recipient phone number helps us confirm the person is currently staying at the property. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the style.
