Question 1

Location Confirmation

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the regional medical campus and the numerous gated age-restricted communities located throughout the township. You must provide the specific building letter or wing for medical facilities and the entry code for gated residential neighborhoods. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints and reach the correct desk or doorway.

Question 2

Delivery Method

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township's mix of wide mainland suburban lots and narrow lagoon-front properties. For homes located on dead-end water-access streets, please specify if the primary entrance is on the street side or a shared driveway. This information ensures the driver finds the correct door where house numbers may be obscured from the main road.

Question 3

Edge Cases

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a delivery spot protected from the high winds common to this coastal township. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a secondary phone number for seasonal rental properties helps us confirm access if the primary resident is unavailable.
