Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to gated senior communities and waterfront properties in Lacey Township?

Accepted Answer

Our drivers deliver directly to the front desk or security gate of the many active adult communities and residential complexes in the township. At checkout, you must provide the gate access code and the specific unit or building number. These details allow the driver to navigate large residential layouts and reach the correct door without needing to contact you for entry.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas with long driveways or wooded lots?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a box. For properties on lagoon-front streets or deep, wooded lots where the house is set back from the road, please indicate if the front door is accessible via a shared driveway. This ensures the driver can find the entrance quickly in areas where street numbers are not clearly visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home at a secured or gated address?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or at a community clubhouse if the property allows it. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing the recipient’s mobile phone number is necessary to coordinate delivery if they are in a communal area or if the driver cannot access a secured driveway.
