Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or medical facilities?

Accepted Answer

Drivers deliver directly to the main reception areas of professional suites and medical offices situated along the primary commercial corridor. For residential deliveries in the wooded or waterfront sections, include any gate access codes or specific building letters at checkout. These details allow the driver to reach the entrance of these tucked-away properties without needing to wait for gate clearance at the street.

Question 2

How does the local geography affect how my flowers arrive?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they arrive intact through the network of narrow lagoon streets and residential cul-de-sacs. Please specify if the property has a long driveway or a specific entry point away from the main road. This information helps the driver locate the correct door in areas where houses are set back behind dense foliage or located on deep waterfront lots.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver will place the flowers in a secure spot out of direct view from the street-side sidewalk or high-traffic pedestrian paths. If a particular flower is unavailable, it is substituted with a similar variety that maintains the same look and value. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties where the front door is restricted by a privacy fence or is not visible from the main street.
