Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and gated communities in Evesham?

Accepted Answer

Medical deliveries require a building letter and suite number to navigate the city’s multi-wing professional campuses. For gated residential developments, provide the entry code at checkout so the driver can reach the front door. These details ensure the arrangement is not left at a shared security gate or a central reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different residential and commercial areas of the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to account for the city's mix of high-traffic commercial corridors and winding residential cul-de-sacs. Drivers navigate large office parking lots and residential driveways to provide direct delivery to the recipient. Including a specific suite number or a description of the house helps avoid delays in spread-out professional complexes.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver places the flowers in a shaded area on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, the florist uses a replacement of equal value that fits the original color scheme. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm the drop-off location for homes set far back from the street.
