Question 1

How are deliveries handled for the medical complexes and secured residential buildings in Union?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to multi-story medical offices and secured apartment buildings, drivers leave the arrangement at the main reception desk or with the concierge. You must provide the recipient's suite or apartment number and a working phone number during checkout. This information is necessary for building staff to accept the delivery in these high-occupancy environments.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for orders going to residential streets and commercial corridors?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. In areas with high-traffic commercial frontage and limited curb access, providing a secondary entrance or loading zone instruction helps the driver. For residential homes, please specify if there is a side porch or a gate code required to reach the entry.

Question 3

What happens if a recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure spot and notify the recipient. At professional buildings where leaving items unattended is prohibited, we will contact you to coordinate a new delivery time. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the size and style.
