Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to the large corporate campuses and medical centers in Kenilworth?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to all secured office complexes and surgical centers by checking in at the designated security gate or front reception desk. You must provide the building number, suite, or department name to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct interior location. These details are necessary to clear security protocols common to the city's research and pharmaceutical facilities.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered within the city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver familiar with the transition between the city’s dense residential blocks and heavy-traffic industrial zones. For residential deliveries, please specify if there is a side door or porch area where the flowers can be placed out of sight from the street. Providing a gate code for any multi-unit buildings prevents delays in accessing secured entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a corporate office, we leave the flowers with the building’s concierge or mailroom as per facility rules. For home deliveries, we attempt to find a secure area on the property and call the recipient to notify them of the drop-off. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color scheme and style.
