Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to garden apartment complexes require the building letter and unit number at checkout. For medical campuses, funeral homes, and offices located along the highway corridors, include the specific room number, suite, or business name. These details allow the driver to navigate the shared entrances and large parking areas common to these property types.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door of the residence to accommodate the dense suburban blocks and multi-unit buildings. This ensures the flowers are placed in a safe location rather than left in shared mail areas or open lobbies. Providing a buzzer code or gate access information prevents delays at the building's main entry point.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will seek a secure spot like a porch or leave the item with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist selects a replacement of equal value that maintains the requested look. Including the recipient's phone number allows the driver to quickly resolve access issues for properties with secured perimeters.
