Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Hillside?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to multi-family homes, industrial park offices, and local funeral facilities. At checkout, provide the specific unit number and a recipient phone number to help us navigate the secured vestibules and large commercial sites found here. These details ensure the driver can access the correct door in densely populated blocks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s residential and commercial zones?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive safely at both narrow residential side streets and busy highway-adjacent commercial zones. Our drivers navigate local parking challenges to bring the arrangement directly to the recipient’s hand or a front desk. Providing specific entrance instructions for divided houses or set-back office buildings prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a multi-unit dwelling is not available, we call them to coordinate a secure drop-off or find a neighbor to accept the flowers. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Accurate buzzer codes and secondary phone numbers are the best ways to prevent failed deliveries in this city.
