Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to different property types in Garwood?

Accepted Answer

For the multi-story residential complexes, you must provide the unit number and any lobby entry codes at checkout. For single-family homes on the residential side streets, include the recipient's phone number to ensure someone is available. These details are necessary because many local properties lack secure outdoor areas for unattended packages.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the local area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because many houses sit close to the sidewalk with small front steps, we prioritize direct hand-offs to the recipient. Providing specific instructions for side-door access or gated porches helps us complete the delivery without leaving items exposed to the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot access a secured building or the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them using the phone number provided. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original color and value. Accurate contact information helps us navigate the town's mix of open-access homes and locked apartment lobbies.
