Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and downtown apartments in Cranford?

Accepted Answer

Many professional offices and apartments sit in older converted houses or above retail storefronts. Provide the floor number and any specific suite or entry codes at checkout. This information helps the driver locate the correct entrance in properties without central lobbies.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the long driveways and large front porches found on residential streets. For downtown deliveries, include details about side entrances or nearby loading zones to avoid delays on narrow roads. Direct hand-delivery ensures the flowers reach the primary point of entry safely.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver seeks a secure, covered porch or leaves the flowers with a next-door neighbor on high-traffic streets. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different variety of equal value that fits the same shape and size. Including a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm access for properties with set-back entrances or gated driveways.
