Question 1

How does delivery work for local hospitals, funeral homes, and secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to large medical campuses and multi-family residential buildings with secured intercom systems. For medical facilities, provide the specific building name or wing since these campuses have multiple separate entrances. For secured apartment buildings, include the unit number and a door code at checkout to ensure the driver can enter the lobby.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s mix of narrow one-way streets and dense residential blocks. Our drivers use local knowledge to find legal loading zones near multi-story apartment buildings where street parking is restricted. Providing a recipient's phone number helps us coordinate entry when street access is limited or a building requires a buzzer.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a multi-family property or a secured office, we attempt to leave the arrangement with a front desk or a neighbor to avoid leaving items on busy public sidewalks. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the order's size. Accurate contact information for the recipient reduces failed deliveries caused by restricted access to high-density residential porches or lobbies.
