Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and local facilities in Tranquility?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches and the main entrances of local community buildings. Because many properties sit far back from the winding rural roads, you must provide the house number as it appears on the mailbox or roadside post. This ensures the driver identifies the correct entrance among the heavily wooded lots.

Question 2

How are flowers transported across this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered in open containers to accommodate the sprawling residential layout and hilly terrain. This prevents the shifting and bruising often caused by boxed shipping on unpaved or bumpy driveways. Providing specific instructions for long private drives helps the driver reach the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the flowers in a weather-protected area like a covered porch or breezeway common to these local homes. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the original color scheme and value. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties where the house is not visible from the main road.
