Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the gated residential communities in Hampton Township?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific gate access code or name of the entry point for lake communities at checkout. This allows the driver to pass through perimeter security to reach the front door. These details are required to navigate the private road systems found throughout the township.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to homes with long or unpaved driveways?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they remain upright on rural and unpaved roads. The driver carries the flowers directly to the entrance of properties that are set back from the main thoroughfare. Accurate house descriptions help identify residences where mailboxes are positioned away from the actual building.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery location has restricted access or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

The driver will look for a sheltered area near the door on properties with open porches or carports. If the house is not visible from the street or is behind a locked gate, the recipient's phone number is used to coordinate entry. We substitute unavailable flowers with the closest matching variety to ensure the order is completed for the scheduled date.
