Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the professional offices and residential complexes in Stanhope?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to multi-unit senior residences and professional suites by using the specific building and room numbers you provide at checkout. For the compact residential lots near the town center, please specify if the delivery should go to a side entrance or a front porch. Clear entry instructions are necessary for secured buildings to ensure the driver can access the lobby.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home in this borough?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the borough's steep hills and narrow residential streets safely. This approach ensures the arrangement stays upright and intact while the driver finds parking near closely-spaced houses. Including a phone number allows us to coordinate with the recipient if the property has a long, shared driveway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the flowers in a secure area away from the sidewalk, as many homes here are located close to public walkways. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety that keeps the same color and size. Specifying if a house has a screened-in porch or a rear-entry gate helps the driver leave the gift safely.
