Question 1

How does delivery work for medical centers and residential homes?

Accepted Answer

For the large sub-acute care and rehabilitation campus, you must provide the specific wing and room number at checkout. For residential deliveries, include details about house numbers if the home is set back from the road on a wooded lot. These details allow the driver to navigate both the specialized medical layouts and the rural residential streets.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across this township’s layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the long, winding driveways and varying property sizes. Drivers require gate codes or specific instructions for properties with secured entrances or private gravel roads. This ensures the flowers reach the front door rather than being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will seek a sheltered area on the porch, as many homes are situated on open, wooded acreage. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to keep the design intact. Providing a current phone number for the recipient helps prevent failed deliveries at properties with limited street visibility.
