Question 1

How do I ensure delivery to residential properties and professional offices in Fredon Township?

Accepted Answer

This area consists mostly of residential properties with long, wooded driveways and small professional buildings. At checkout, provide the suite number for office deliveries or specific descriptions for houses that are set back from the main road. These details allow the driver to locate the correct entrance on large, spread-out lots where the building may not be visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the township's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the township's rural roads and private residential entrances. This method ensures the arrangement remains upright while navigating unpaved or steep driveways common to the local terrain. Please specify if the property has a preferred drop-off point, such as a side porch or a specific door on a multi-entrance home.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot find the house or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

Providing a recipient phone number is necessary because many properties here have unmarked entrances or long distances between the mailbox and the front door. If no one is available, the driver identifies a secure, covered spot near the door to leave the flowers safely. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety that matches the original scale and color.
