Question 1

How does delivery work for gated communities and the local university campus?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific gate access code or ensure the recipient has registered a guest pass for gated residential clusters. For university deliveries, include the building name and room number so the driver can navigate beyond the main campus entrance. These details allow for direct delivery to the resident’s door or the administrative office.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the township's different residential layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of steep rural driveways and dense townhouse courts. Drivers carry flowers directly to the entrance rather than leaving them at communal mailbox banks or roadside curb endings. Providing a unit or building letter is essential for properties where multiple homes share a single access road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a driver cannot access a secured building or gated driveway, they will call the recipient to coordinate a safe drop-off location or a neighbor's signature. When a specific flower is unavailable, a florist selects a replacement with the same form and color to maintain the arrangement's style. Including a recipient's mobile number helps the driver manage entry at security kiosks.
