Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities, funeral homes, and offices?

Accepted Answer

Andover Township contains spread-out medical campuses and residential facilities instead of high-rise towers. Provide the specific wing name and room number at checkout so the driver can locate the correct entrance. These details ensure the flowers reach the right desk in buildings with multiple separate departments.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered, and how do you navigate the local area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township's combination of residential streets and long, wooded driveways. Drivers navigate properties that are set back from the main road to reach the front door directly. Mentioning gate codes or specific porch locations helps avoid delays on large properties.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver finds a secure spot on the porch that is not visible from the street. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value that matches the original style. Including the recipient’s phone number allows us to verify the house location if the address is not clearly marked from the road.
