Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Green Township?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this township feature long private driveways or gated entrances that require specific access codes entered at checkout. For the few office complexes or secured residences, we deliver directly to the front desk or the primary entrance gate. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient is necessary to ensure the driver can gain entry to these secluded estates.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the township?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to safely navigate the township's rural layout and winding country roads. Drivers must often pull onto unpaved or narrow driveways to reach the primary residence rather than leaving items at the road. Including a description of the house color or a unique mailbox helps our staff identify the correct property when house numbers are not clearly visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home and there is no gate, we place the arrangement in a protected area near the front door. For gated properties where we cannot reach the house, we will contact the recipient to coordinate a specific drop-off time. Providing a gate code and a secondary contact number reduces the risk of the driver being unable to access these deep-lot properties.
