Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices in Towaco?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the doors of residential homes and low-rise professional offices in this wooded suburban area. At checkout, enter the suite number for office buildings or specific entry instructions if the house is set back from the road. These details are necessary because many properties are not easily visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the town's spread-out residential streets and winding driveways. For homes with significant acreage, provide instructions for the preferred drop-off point, such as a side porch or rear entrance. This direct delivery to the door prevents items from being left near the street or at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not available, the driver identifies a sheltered area at the residence, such as a porch or covered entry. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the original color and value. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver access properties with gated entrances or long, private drives.
