Question 1

How do deliveries work for the multi-unit apartments and commercial buildings in Riverdale?

Accepted Answer

For secured residential complexes and professional office suites, we deliver directly to the concierge, front desk, or main lobby. Provide the apartment number or floor level at checkout so the courier can navigate these multi-tenant properties. This information is required for the driver to enter buildings that use restricted access or central reception points.

Question 2

Will the flowers be delivered by hand to residential homes and retail centers?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-carried to navigate the borough’s combination of sloped residential driveways and large retail plazas. This method ensures flowers are not left in open parking lots or exposed in busy commercial corridors. Providing the specific storefront name or building wing helps the driver find the correct door in these expansive shopping developments.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not present at a retail office or gated residence?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot access a gated property or find the recipient at a commercial suite, we call the provided contact number to coordinate a safe hand-off. We do not leave arrangements unattended in high-traffic retail areas where they may be disturbed or lost. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or greater value to maintain the design.
