Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to Montville offices and large estates?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to reception desks in the corporate office parks and to the front doors of residential estates. Include the suite number for office buildings and any gate entry codes for private properties. These details prevent the driver from being stopped at security gates or getting lost on winding driveways.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the town's low-density layout and long residential driveways. We do not use boxed shipping. Providing a description of the house or driveway entrance helps the driver find properties that are set back far from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers at the front door only if it is shielded from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a different variety of the same color and shape. A recipient phone number helps the driver navigate large, multi-acre lots where the house is not visible from the road.
