Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical campuses and large estates in Boonton Township?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to sprawling rehabilitation campuses or corporate offices, please include the specific wing or floor number at checkout. Because many residential properties sit far back from the main road on long private drives, providing a gate code or entry instructions is essential for access. These details allow us to deliver directly to the door rather than leaving items at a remote mailbox.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for homes in this suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by drivers familiar with the township’s winding residential roads and large property footprints. We do not use boxed shipping, ensuring the arrangement remains stable during transit through hilly or unpaved terrain. Drivers use the specific access instructions you provide to reach front doors that may not be visible from the street.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we attempt to contact the recipient to find a secure location protected from the township's high wildlife activity. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that fits the original style and color palette. Including a mobile number for the recipient helps us avoid failed delivery attempts on long, dead-end roads or secured estates.
