Question 1

How do deliveries work for the large medical and senior living campuses in Pompton Plains?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to sprawling medical complexes or multi-building senior living campuses are routed through a central reception desk. You must provide the building letter or wing name and a specific room number at checkout. These details ensure the driver uses the correct gate or service entrance on these large properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different types of properties in this town?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered and are never sent in shipping boxes. On residential streets with private driveways, we leave items at the front door or under a covered porch. For managed healthcare buildings, we deliver to the staff-monitored intake area for final delivery to the room.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or the property is gated?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot access a gated residence or a secured campus, we leave the flowers with the community's main office or security station. When a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value and style. Providing a gate code or a direct phone number prevents delays caused by restricted building access.
