Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and healthcare facilities in Lincoln Park?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the senior care campuses and professional offices along the main corridors require a specific wing, suite, or room number. You must enter the business name and building letter at checkout to ensure the driver uses the correct entrance at these multi-building properties. These details are necessary to pass through the front-desk check-in points common in this borough.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and apartments here?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders across the residential streets and apartment complexes in this town. Because many homes are located on deep lots or near the river zones, please indicate if the delivery should go to a specific side door or porch. For the multi-story residential buildings, providing a gate code or buzzer number prevents the driver from being locked out.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a secure spot on the porch, depending on the property layout. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the original style and color. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to avoid a failed delivery at the town’s secured professional and residential entrances.
