Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or care facilities in Fairfield?

Accepted Answer

Fairfield is home to many low-rise corporate plazas and spread-out industrial parks with multiple building entrances. You must provide the suite number, company name, or specific department at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct reception desk. This information prevents flowers from being left at the wrong building entrance or at an unattended loading dock.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the different types of properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the large parking lots and wide office campuses common in this area. Drivers walk the arrangement directly to the front desk of business centers or the front door of residential homes. Including gate codes or directions for office suites located at the back of a complex helps the driver avoid delays.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or the recipient is not available?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured business park or gated property is unavailable, the driver will leave the order with the front desk or building security. When a specific flower is not in stock, a substitution of equal value is used to maintain the look and size of the arrangement. Providing the recipient's direct phone number is necessary for the driver to resolve access issues at restricted office lobbies or locked gates.
