Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to professional offices and medical campuses in Pequannock Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes and the sprawling medical and professional campuses located along the township's main corridors. For these large facilities, you must include the specific wing, building letter, or suite number at checkout. These details ensure the driver navigates the multiple entry points of these campuses correctly to reach the main reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses across the township?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the township's mix of suburban residential streets and professional parking areas. Drivers manage properties with varying driveway lengths and office entrances that require direct person-to-person contact. Providing specific porch instructions or gate codes helps our drivers access properties that are set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or professional building?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure, shaded spot on residential porches or leave the flowers with the front desk of professional and senior living complexes. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient's phone number is necessary to resolve access issues at secured residential or professional entry points.
