Question 1

How does delivery work for residences and local facilities in Chatsworth?

Accepted Answer

Most properties here are situated on large agricultural parcels or set deep within forested lots. At checkout, provide specific entry instructions for long, unpaved driveways or gated farm entrances to ensure the driver reaches the primary residence. These details are necessary because many homes are not visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the Chatsworth area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the rural terrain and sandy private roads. The driver brings the flowers directly to the door, managing the long distances between properties common in this area. Including a description of mailbox markings or property signs helps the driver identify the correct stop along these wooded routes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will place the arrangement in a shaded area near the entrance of the residence. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same style. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient is required to help drivers coordinate access to remote, multi-acre properties.
