Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of properties in Metamora?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the small-scale offices and community centers by leaving the arrangement at the primary reception desk or main entrance. For residential deliveries, provide specific instructions if the home is located on one of the long rural routes rather than the central village grid. These details ensure our drivers find the correct property among the large, open plots that surround the village center.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left in a box or hand-delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure the arrangement remains intact and upright during transport. In the village, we place items on front porches or at side doors as requested. For properties with long gravel driveways or gated farm entrances, please provide the access code or specify if the delivery should be left at a secondary farmstead entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot reach the recipient or find the house?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we seek a sheltered area on the porch to shield the flowers from the high winds common across the surrounding flat farmland. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that preserves the look and value of the arrangement. Including a recipient phone number is helpful for locating addresses that are set far back from the main county roads.
