Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and homes in Stewart?

Accepted Answer

In this rural community, we deliver to private homes and local educational or religious buildings. At checkout, provide the specific name of the building or organization if it is not a residential address. Mentioning proximity to river bridges or crossroads helps drivers identify properties located on long country roads.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city’s layout affect the timing?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the winding routes and unpaved residential drives in this area. Since many properties are situated far from the main road, drivers need to know if there are locked gates or narrow access points. Including these details prevents delays caused by difficult property entry.

Question 3

What happens if there are delivery issues or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers on a porch or entry area sheltered from the wind and sun common in this valley. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a different flower of equal value to complete the design. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps the driver locate homes that do not have visible house numbers from the road.
