Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical clinics and funeral homes go directly to the main office or reception desk. For residential units located above downtown storefronts, you must provide the specific door buzzer or entry code at checkout. For student housing near the campus, include the building name and unit number to ensure the driver finds the correct hall.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

We hand-carry every arrangement to accommodate the narrow hillside streets and steep driveways found throughout the city. This manual delivery ensures flowers do not tip over while navigating winding residential roads. Providing instructions for side-door access or specific porch locations helps drivers at properties with restricted street-front parking.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we try to leave the flowers on a covered porch, though many older homes near the city core have open-air entrances. For multi-unit brick buildings with locked street doors, we will call the recipient to arrange access. If a certain flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety to ensure the delivery reaches the recipient on the scheduled day.
