Question 1

How do you ensure flower delivery reaches the correct person at local hospitals, funeral homes, or offices?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific floor, wing, or suite number for the large hilltop medical complexes and historic riverfront office buildings. These locations have multiple entrances and secure desks that require precise internal routing. Including the recipient's department or room number ensures the courier uses the correct service elevator or check-in point.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses across this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow street parking in the historic district and the steep residential hills. For older homes with limited front access or properties on incline streets, specify if there is a side-door or a preferred porch for drop-offs. Hand delivery prevents the damage that occurs with boxed shipping on uneven terrain.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the courier looks for a covered porch or leaves a delivery notice at the residence or secure office entrance. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is chosen while maintaining the original style. Providing a recipient phone number helps the courier gain entry to multi-story buildings or gated residential properties.
