Question 1

How does delivery work for university buildings and offices?

Accepted Answer

Provide the building name and the recipient’s mobile number for deliveries to university housing and administrative halls. These buildings require keycard access, so couriers meet recipients at the main entrance or leave items at a central mailroom. Including the floor or department name ensures the courier finds the correct office in multi-use structures.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city layout?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s steep residential hills and narrow, brick-paved side streets. This delivery method allows couriers to access properties with long exterior staircases or limited street-side parking. Specify if the delivery location has a preferred porch or side-door for hilltop residences.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier leaves the flowers with a campus mail center or in a secure porch area. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color and size. Providing a gate code or secondary phone number prevents failed attempts for properties on private hill roads.
