Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local places of worship, workplaces, and residences in Reno?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential properties and the large industrial office complexes positioned near the river. At checkout, provide the specific building letter or gate entrance for commercial sites to ensure the driver reaches the correct office. For residential orders, please note if the house is located on a hilltop or set back from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and left at addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by drivers who navigate the mix of highway-front properties and industrial zones. Because the layout involves long distances between addresses, specific house descriptions help avoid delivery errors. If your location has a restricted access gate or a long private drive, please include those details to ensure the driver can reach the door.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the flowers, the driver will find a secondary entrance or a porch area hidden from the main highway. When a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety that maintains the original color scheme. Providing a recipient phone number is the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries to properties that are difficult to see from the road.
