Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and professional offices in Belpre?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the spread-out medical campus or river-facing offices require a specific department or wing name. Because these facilities have multiple entrances and separate parking areas, this detail ensures the driver goes to the correct reception desk. At checkout, enter the building letter or floor number to avoid delays in these larger complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and riverfront businesses?

Accepted Answer

Your flowers are hand-delivered in a vase and never left in a shipping box. Our drivers navigate the residential grids and riverfront business blocks to bring the arrangement directly to the porch or front desk. For homes with deep setbacks or long driveways, we walk the order to the main entrance to ensure it is visible.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a home or medical facility?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the flowers on a porch or at a side door that is screened from the street. If the order is for a secure medical wing or a professional suite that is closed, we use the phone number you provided to coordinate. Providing a gate code or a specific porch location helps us complete the delivery on the first try.
